    Take an ultralight flight just north of Puerto Peñasco. About a 20-minute flight for $40 usd, well worth the price in our view. Flight paths vary: some go further south and buzz the Sandy Beach Area, others are more north. Zach and Jen flew the southern route, mine was more the north option, over the coast, above Cholla Bay and the lava mountain where we were 4-wheeling a short time later.

    We made our flights on May 21, 2011, the day the world was supposed to end, but it didn´t, thank goodness, and we think we got our money´s worth!

    We have seen Rocky Point blow up in pricing and development and now the shift has happened. Prices are lower than ever and we are starting to see the increase in activity we have been waiting for. We are seeing less inventory combined with sellers who have weathered the storm and at this point decided they can wait a little longer. Take advantage and be part of the 20% that bought now that the 80% say - oh you did good... I remember when Sonoran 2 bedrooms were 450k and you bought for $160,000!

    The mojority will then go on to say I wish I would have bought like you... Don't be the majority - come down, narrow your search and make an aggresive offer.
