Don't believe the hype -
How long will the people believe everything they hear? How long will the media be so good and the masses so accepting of what they hear and see? The United States has been a power, a force, a land of opportunity for everyone but what truely seperates the successful from the average I would say is the ability to allow certain things to be accepted and others to be in one ear and out the other. Maybe not ahead of the game - maybe the truely successful are just playing the game to the beat of a different song and dance.
My point is this, buy now, priced have dropped so low with beach front condos being sold at unreal prices ( 2 bedrooms at $135k ) and yes they will continue to shift but at some point you have to say enough is enough let the masses be controled by the media and say I am taking the road less travelled. That same road will become a freeway of investors all a day late and a dollar short but for now it is .... the road less travelled.
We are unique with beautiful weather, beautiful beaches, prices that rock and oh by the way we have a location second to none.
